In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean ONAF Limited trading as Wenzo. “You” means anyone using this website.

The content on this website is general information about bookkeeping and about our service. It is not accounting, tax, legal or financial advice for your situation.

Rules and deadlines change, and every business is different. Please do not act on anything on this site without getting advice that fits your own circumstances. We try to keep the site accurate and up to date, but we cannot promise that every page is complete or current.

4. PRICES

Prices shown are a starting guide.

The monthly prices on this site are a starting guide based on annual turnover. They are not an offer that you can accept.

Your actual fee is the fixed monthly fee set out in the written quote we send you after we review your records and workload. That written quote is what counts. Work outside the monthly packages, such as catch-up bookkeeping, tax returns, payroll and statutory filings, is quoted separately.

5. BOOKING A CALL

Booking a call does not create a contract.

You can book a free 30-minute call through this website. Booking a call, sending us a message or asking for a quote does not create a contract for bookkeeping services. It does not commit you or us to anything.

We may need to move or cancel a booked call. If we do, we will let you know using the contact details you gave us. How we handle the details you give us is explained in our privacy notice.

6. CLIENT WORK

Client work has its own terms.

If you decide to use our bookkeeping service, we will send you a separate engagement letter. That letter, and the terms it includes, govern the work we do for you. These website terms do not.

If anything in these website terms conflicts with your engagement letter, the engagement letter applies to the work we do for you.

7. LINKS TO OTHER SITES

Links to other websites.

This site links to other websites and services, such as WhatsApp and the websites of accounting software providers. We include these links for convenience only.

We do not control other websites and are not responsible for their content, their availability or how they handle your information. Please read their own terms and privacy notices.

8. TRADEMARKS AND CONTENT

Trademarks and our content.

Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, FreeAgent, Dext, Zoho Books, Clear Books, KashFlow, Pandle, QuickFile, FreshBooks, VT Software, Hubdoc, AutoEntry and other product names, logos and screens shown on this site are trademarks or material of their respective owners. We use them only to describe the software we work in. Wenzo is independent and is not affiliated with these companies.

The rest of the content on this site, including the text and design, belongs to us or is used with permission.

9. OUR LIABILITY

Our liability to you.

This website is provided free of charge and for general information. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss you suffer from using the site, from relying on its content, or from the site being unavailable.

This includes loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data and any indirect loss. If you run a business, please take your own advice before acting on anything you read here.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and liability for fraud. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your legal rights.
