ABOUT WENZO
About Wenzo Bookkeeping.
Wenzo is a done-for-you daily bookkeeping service for UK businesses. We are not another app. Our bookkeepers work in the software you already use, every UK working day, so your books stay up to date without you doing them.

WHAT WENZO IS
A bookkeeping service.
Not another app.
Most businesses already have accounting software. What they are short of is time to keep it up to date. Wenzo fills that gap. You keep your software, your bank feeds and your logins. We do the daily bookkeeping inside it.
We work in Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, FreeAgent, Zoho Books, Clear Books, KashFlow, Pandle, QuickFile, FreshBooks and VT Transaction+, with Dext, Hubdoc or AutoEntry for receipts. You invite us as a user. Your subscription stays in your name, and you can remove our access at any time.
- Bookkeeping every UK working day. Sales, purchases and bank lines are recorded as they come in.
- Bank reconciliation and receipt matching. Each bank and card line is matched to a receipt, an invoice or a rule.
- Finance inbox monitoring. With your authorisation, we check the inbox you agree for invoices and receipts.
- Missing paperwork followed up. Gaps are listed and chased, so they don’t build up.
- Monthly financial summaries. A short view of where each month landed.
WHO WENZO IS FOR
For UK businesses that want
their books kept current.
We work with limited companies and sole traders across the UK. Our plans cover businesses with annual turnover up to £5 million. Above that, we put together a tailored quote.
- Owners doing the books at night. You would rather spend that time on the business.
- Businesses with a growing pile of receipts. Paperwork arrives faster than anyone can match it.
- Teams without a bookkeeper. You need the work done well, but not a new hire.
- Businesses that hear about problems late. Monthly bookkeeping leaves questions until month-end.
- VAT-registered businesses. You want records ready before the quarter ends.
- Anyone happy with their software. You want it kept up to date, not replaced.
A TYPICAL WORKING DAY
What a working day
on your books looks like.
Every client’s books are different, but the shape of the day is the same. Small steps, done every working day, so nothing waits for month-end.

See what it costsWHY DAILY
Why daily beats
monthly bookkeeping.
Monthly bookkeeping does a whole month in one sitting. By then, a payment from four weeks ago is hard to explain, and the receipt may be gone. Problems are found late, when they are harder to fix.
Daily bookkeeping keeps the work small. Questions are asked while you still remember the payment. Your bank balance in the software agrees with your bank as you go. You can see where you stand on any day, not only after month-end.
If you are VAT registered, records kept current every working day are ready when the quarter ends. The return becomes a check, not a scramble. See daily vs monthly bookkeeping compared.
- Questions answered while they are fresh
- Missing receipts followed up as you go
- Bank balances that agree with your statements
- A quicker month-end and quarter-end
- Records ready for your accountant at year-end
HOW WE CHARGE
One fixed fee.
No hourly billing.
Our plans are £295, £495 or £795 per month, based on annual turnover. We agree your fixed monthly fee after reviewing your records, so it fits the real work. One package covers one entity.
Catch-up work, tax returns, payroll, CIS returns, VAT return submission and statutory filings are quoted separately.
